Access to and use of ph653 is restricted to persons who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
ph653 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of age, and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by ph653 may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
ph653 is strictly an adult platform. Under PAGCOR regulations and ph653's internal policy, no person under the age of 21 may access, register with, or use the Platform in any capacity. Accounts found to have been registered by underage persons will be immediately suspended and all balances held pending regulatory review.
To access real-money gaming on ph653, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) ph653 Account. The operation of multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identity information, constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Upon discovery of duplicate Accounts, ph653 reserves the right to close all but one Account, forfeit balances from duplicate Accounts, and void any bonuses obtained through the duplicate Account.
ph653 is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds. Players must provide government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine National ID, Passport, Driver's License), proof of address, and, where applicable, source of funds documentation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your login password and any two-factor authentication codes. ph653 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security. You must notify ph653 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
ph653 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account, with or without prior notice, where the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, where ph653 is required to do so by law or regulatory direction, or where ph653 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity. Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting the support team via live chat.
ph653 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, USDT, and Coins.ph. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. ph653 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount at ph653 is ₱100. Deposits are generally processed instantly for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect in the Player's Wallet. ph653 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though the Player's payment provider may apply their own fees independently of ph653.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. For fully verified Accounts, withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are generally processed within one (1) to three (3) hours. Bank transfers are processed within one (1) business day. ph653 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing timelines.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. ph653 may require Players to use the same payment method for withdrawal as was used for the most recent deposit, consistent with our AML obligations.
All transactions at ph653 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated for cryptocurrency transactions, which are processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
ph653 does not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, payment accounts registered in a name other than the Account holder's. Any deposit received from a third-party account may be reversed without prior notice, and the Account may be subject to additional verification requirements.
ph653 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free play credits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published for each promotion, in addition to these General Bonus Terms.
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of twenty times (20×) the bonus amount before associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering contributions vary by game type: live casino games and table games typically contribute at lower rates than slots; please refer to the individual promotion page for the contribution rates applicable to your chosen games.
Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. ph653 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded or voluntarily imposed deposit restrictions may be excluded from bonus eligibility. Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will have bonuses forfeited and Accounts closed.
Bonus funds not used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Player's Wallet automatically. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period. ph653 is not obligated to extend bonus validity periods under any circumstances.
ph653 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions where reasonably practicable. This right is exercised in particular where ph653 has reasonable grounds to believe that the terms of a promotion are being abused or exploited.
All games available on the ph653 Platform operate using independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software or are hosted by certified live dealer studios. The outcomes of all games are determined by the certified RNG and are not influenced by ph653, the game providers, or any external party. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published in the game information for each title.
In the event of a technical malfunction, communications failure, or software error affecting the integrity of a game round, ph653 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager placed for that round to the Player's Wallet. ph653 will not be liable for any loss of potential winnings arising from a bona fide technical malfunction. Malfunction voids all pays and play.
If a Player believes a game outcome is erroneous, they must contact ph653 support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed round, providing the relevant game round ID and a description of the perceived error. ph653 will investigate the dispute with reference to server-side records, which are the authoritative record of all game outcomes. The Player's device display is not an authoritative record.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface prior to placing a wager. ph653 reserves the right to modify bet limits on any game at any time. Players who stake amounts in excess of the displayed maximum may have such excess refunded, and any associated winnings may be adjusted proportionally.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph653 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
Upon discovery of prohibited conduct, ph653 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the Player's Account, void all pending and recent transactions, forfeit the Account's Wallet balance in full, and report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

By registering a ph653 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to, identity information, contact details, payment transaction records, and gaming activity logs. This data is used for account administration, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and service improvement purposes.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or the Player's use of ph653, the Parties agree to first attempt resolution through ph653's internal dispute resolution process. Players may submit a formal complaint to the ph653 support team via live chat or by email to [email protected]. ph653 will acknowledge formal complaints within twenty-four (24) hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures. Both ph653 and the Player agree to engage in good faith with any PAGCOR-mediated resolution process.
ph653 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by prominent notice on the ph653 Platform, with a minimum notice period of fourteen (14) days before the amendment takes effect, except where a shorter period is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory direction.
A Player who does not accept a proposed amendment may close their Account and withdraw their Real Money Balance before the amendment's effective date by contacting ph653 support. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
